Q: What size should I order?
A: Most apparel runs true to size. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up. Detailed sizing charts are available on each product page.
Q: Are your decals weatherproof?
A: Yes. All decals are made with high-quality vinyl, resistant to water, UV, and daily abuse. Built for street and track. Please follow install instructions.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Not at the moment but we release limited designs regularly. Keep an eye on our drops.
Q: Will you restock sold out items?
A: Some items return, most don’t. If you see something you like, move fast. Sign up for emails to stay ahead.
Q: What car parts are you dropping?
A: Can’t say yet. But they’re in motion. Follow us for updates.
🚚 Shipping & Orders
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We typically ship within 3-5 business days. UK orders usually arrive within a week. This does depend per item and if the item was a pre order. International times vary.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes tracking info is sent via email once your order ships.
Q: I typed the wrong address. Can I change it?
A: Hit us up ASAP at hello@thecxlt.co.uk . If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived. What now?
A: Double check tracking. Still stuck? Reach out and we’ll sort it.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Decals must be unused.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: If the size you want is still in stock, we’ll sort it. Drop us a message first to arrange it.
Q: My item arrived damaged, what now?
A: Email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace or refund it, no stress.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Hit us up via the contact page or email. We'll send over the return steps.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country.
Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?
A: Possibly. Customs/import charges are out of our control and depend on your country’s rules.
Q: How long do international orders take?
A: Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days. Tracking is provided once shipped.
